Right from the early days of the formation and development of the Dung Quat Oil Refinery project, the Company's Board of Directors has identified and directed specifically through Resolutions, a system of regulations, rules, and plans for each stage, closely following the actual situation. BSR prioritizes full implementation of the policy of training and comprehensive capacity development for employees with the goal of complying with discipline, performing work with the highest standards, uniting towards a common goal, and promoting creative ideas to optimize and develop the Company and individuals in terms of health, spirit, emotions, skills, and intelligence. BSR has fully implemented the steps in the human resource management process, specifically through the development and promulgation of regulations, rules, and documents related to human resource management: Job title standards, Competency framework according to job title standards, Recruitment regulations, Training regulations, Salary and bonus regulations, Talent policy - promotion roadmap, regulations on task completion assessment... and have been concretized into detailed processes associated with the software system: Human resource management, E-learning and ERP. With the specific business characteristics in the Petrochemical Refining industry, BSR has a diverse professional structure with the number of employees mainly focusing on industries such as Petrochemical Refining - Refinery Operation, Chemical Technology - Polymer, Chemical Equipment, Mechanics - Welding, Electric Heat - Automation, Information Technology, ATMT... Personnel with more than 10 years of working experience at BSR account for 81.16%, this is a particularly important force holding all the knowledge and professional skills in the entire Company/Factory. Before 2010, BSR focused on English training (IELTS, TOIEC), basic training in Petrochemical Refining, Automation, Mechanics, ATMT through the Core Program, specialized training for majors, work positions, OJT training at the factory site. From 2010 to present, BSR has deployed an average of about 12,000 people/year, focusing mainly on training according to legal requirements, internal training, training according to position requirements, OJT training, Coaching, Mentor-Mentee, specialized training, expert development orientation, skills training, management, political theory, training and spreading the cultural values ​​of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group and BSR.
