The Congress has just concluded, but the intensity of the discussions aimed at unifying new policies continues to spread strongly, deeply permeating the thoughts and actions of cadres, Party members, and the people. From the solemn assembly hall, the spirit of determination to build a prosperous, beautiful, and civilized Ha Tinh , and to move steadily forward with the whole country into a new era, quickly spread, becoming a driving force for action in every sector, every locality, and every citizen.
Localities, specialized sectors, offices, factories, fields, and seas—everywhere there is a rising determination to put the Resolution into practice.
For the 2025-2030 term, Ha Tinh province has set a goal of rapid and sustainable development based on modern industry, high-quality services, and smart agriculture; with industry as the pillar and the Vung Ang Economic Zone as the driving force for growth. This is a political mandate and a guiding principle for localities, departments, sectors, and all levels of the population.
The agricultural sector – one of the "pillars" of the economy – is clearly demonstrating its determination. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, shared: “In the new development strategy, Ha Tinh's agriculture is not only a 'pillar' of the economy but also a foundation for maintaining social stability and ensuring food security. Promoting the development of ecological agriculture in a modern direction is an essential requirement. In the coming time, to put the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress into practice, the agricultural sector is determined to be a pioneer in applying advanced science and technology, organizing large-scale concentrated commodity production, improving quality and added value, and contributing to realizing the aspiration of building a prosperous and civilized Ha Tinh.”
In the new term, the province is determined to: “Build a clean and strong Party and political system; promote the tradition of unity, cultural values, people and high-quality human resources; innovate, develop comprehensively, rapidly and sustainably.”
That spirit quickly spread and translated into concrete actions at the grassroots level. Many localities were ready to act to realize the goal.
Mr. Hoang Quoc Nha, Secretary of the Party Committee of Phuc Trach commune, said: “We have determined that consolidating and building a clean and strong grassroots Party organization is a crucial foundation for putting the resolution into practice. Every cadre and Party member must truly be a pioneer and role model, building unity so that the spirit of the congress will deeply permeate life and be transformed into concrete actions. At the same time, the commune will continue to leverage local advantages, find solutions to enhance the value of specialty agricultural products, promote the movement to build modern new rural areas, linked with administrative reform and the application of digital technology in management.”
Competing to put the resolution into practice.
Resolutions will only truly come alive when they are put into practice in daily life. Even during the days of the congress, throughout Ha Tinh province, the spirit of readiness to implement the resolution and the spirit of striving to bring it into life were evident in every aspect of work.
In the fields, after the storm subsided, the people were once again working to overcome the consequences. The tenacious and determined spirit of the people of Ha Tinh province once again blended with the resolute spirit from the Provincial Party Congress.
While cleaning up and repairing his greenhouse, which was destroyed by Typhoon No. 10, Mr. Tran Quang Vinh, from Quyet Tien residential group, Tran Phu ward, shared: “In the past few days, despite being busy repairing the damage after the typhoon to avoid disrupting the crop season, I still followed the congress. Hearing the congress discuss smart agriculture, I was very happy. Farming now requires linkages and branding. After the typhoon, I will continue to invest in infrastructure to plant seeds and find ways to expand production in a modern direction. That is how we realize the resolution.”
Sharing that same belief, offshore of Loc Ha, ships are once again swiftly cutting through the waves. Mr. Tran Minh Duc, a fisherman from Long Hai village, shared: “Following the congress, I am very happy that my profession is also one of the topics of interest to the congress. I have more motivation in each fishing trip, not only to ensure my livelihood but also to contribute to building a sustainable fishing industry and preserving the sovereignty of our homeland's seas and islands.”
Identified as a pillar in the province's new development path, the atmosphere of labor and production competition in industrial zones is more vibrant than ever these days. In the Vung Ang Economic Zone, along with efforts to quickly overcome the effects of storms and stabilize production, steel and mechanical manufacturing lines are maintaining their production pace.
Mr. Dang Minh Duc, a wire rolling worker at Formosa Ha Tinh Hung Nghiep Steel Company Limited, shared: “When the congress identified the Vung Ang Economic Zone as the driving force for industry, energy, and logistics, we became even more aware of our responsibility. Every day we work overtime, every product we produce is a concrete action to affirm our determination to work together with the province to break through on this new path!”
That spirit of determination is also reflected in the young staff. Nguyen Tuan Trung, an official from the provincial Social Insurance agency, said: “The Congress emphasized administrative reform and digital transformation as breakthroughs. This is the driving force for us to accelerate the implementation of the administrative reform tasks and goals of the sector. In particular, the creative emulation movement among young staff has begun to flourish. I think the younger generation must take the lead to make the system truly streamlined, transparent, and better serve the people and businesses.”
Building upon the achievements of the previous term, new beliefs and aspirations are being nurtured. Ha Tinh is embarking on a new journey, a journey of determination and ambition to reach further. As the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term deeply permeates every thought and action, Ha Tinh has sufficient grounds to believe in solid development on this new path.
