Minh Tuyet shared that she hesitated for a long time before daring to accept the invitation to participate in the "Beautiful Sister" program. The singer of "If You Don't Love Me, Then Just Leave" was afraid of facing changes and worried that she wouldn't do well in taking on new roles.

"There are only 1-2 weeks left, and I'm still hesitant. Toc Tien often says I'm 'overthinking,' meaning I'm shy and afraid to face change. I know that participating in the program means stepping out of my comfort zone. However, I'm still very afraid of letting people see my imperfect sides."

"When you participate in a reality TV show, you have to show the audience your truest self. I'm afraid to face that, even though I really want to. I think I've already mustered 50% of my courage," Minh Tuyet shared.

Minh Tuyet also confided that when she accepted the invitation to participate in the program, she felt a lot of pressure because she was afraid she wouldn't perform as well as everyone expected.

"Honestly, I felt a lot of pressure when I accepted the offer to participate in the program. Because when people watch me in videos , they think I dance very well. However, when filming videos, you only have time to practice, and there aren't too many of my movements."

"It's mostly due to the camera angle or the dancers; I only perform a few of the combinations. And I have a specific amount of time to practice. Then there's video editing. When viewers watch, they don't know and think I dance well," she said.

"Actually, I'm not a very skilled or professional dancer. I have a knack for dancing and stage energy, but I'm not someone who dances professionally or regularly. People think I'm very good at those aspects, which unintentionally created immense pressure for me when participating in the program," Minh Tuyet confided.

Therefore, when officially participating in the 2024 "Beautiful Sister Riding the Wind" competition, singer Minh Tuyet was always highly focused and putting in her best effort. "The audience has loved me for over 30 years, so my only duty is to repay their love by trying my best," Minh Tuyet said.

I rarely did that before. Because my singing style requires a lot of vocal power, and dancing wouldn't guarantee the quality of my singing.

"But when participating in the program with a team spirit, sharing the lyrics, and dividing everything equally among ourselves, I think this challenge won't bring me down anymore," Phuong Thanh expressed.
