However, when searching for the Bonest Gatti brand on Google more carefully, besides the advertising articles, some information shows that this brand is not German but is introduced as being made in... China. This makes consumers suspicious about the origin of Bonest Gatti branded watches sold by Tuan Hung Watches. Because the price of these products is up to tens of millions of VND, equivalent to products from major watch brands in Europe. There have been many comments on social networks that singer Tuan Hung set up a company to sell "fake" watches, "tricking chickens", taking advantage of his reputation to sell "fake" goods...

According to information from the official website of Tuan Hung Watches, this unit is distributing genuine Bonest Gatti watches imported by Bonest Gatti Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
Continuing to learn about Bonest Gatti Vietnam Joint Stock Company, it is known that, according to information on the national portal on business registration, this company has only been operating since March 30, 2022, with Mr. Truong Ngoc Anh as director. It is noteworthy that the company that owns the website Bonestgatti.com is Khoa Ky Ni Hang Company Limited in Guangzhou, China. A representative of Bonest Gatti Vietnam also confirmed that Khoa Ky Ni Hang owns the Bonest Gatti brand.
Bonest Gatti Vietnam Joint Stock Company is located at 17A/51, Lane 250, Kim Giang Street, Dai Kim Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi. It is known that this is a private house and only registers the company headquarters here but does not sell products. Customers who want to buy must go to the official, exclusive dealer, Dong Ho Tuan Hung in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Address of Bonest Gatti Vietnam Company is at 17A/51, lane 250, Kim Giang street, Dai Kim ward. This is the headquarters and private house, newly installed with a signboard after being reported by the press.
As for the website bonestgatti.vn, as introduced by Bonest Gatti Vietnam Joint Stock Company on the certificate provided to the exclusive distributor in Vietnam, there is currently no sign of activity, the website is under maintenance to upgrade features.
According to Mr. Truong Ngoc Anh, representative of Bonest Gatti Vietnam Joint Stock Company, the Bonest Gatti brand originally originated in Germany, then was acquired (transferred) to Khoa Ky Ni Hang Company Limited. The product was imported in its entirety from China, through Noi Bai border gate. In the customs declaration information, the origin of the product was also recorded as imported from Khoa Ky Ni Hang Company Limited.
Thus, it can be seen that the Bonest Gatti branded watch products are being embroidered with the name “Germany”, but in reality, all information about business activities, production and origin from China is hidden. According to the investigation of the Journalist & Public Opinion newspaper, Tuan Hung Watch Joint Stock Company was established in 2017 by singer Tuan Hung, whose real name is Nguyen Tuan Hung (born in 1978), who founded and owns the brand. The company has its registered office at 19 Hang Khay, Trang Tien Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City. The current legal representative is Ms. Vu Thi Duyen. The company specializes in distributing famous watch brands such as: Orient, Garmin, Bonest Gatti... In particular, the Bonest Gatti product line is sold by Tuan Hung Watch at prices ranging from 20-40 million VND/product, with some products priced up to nearly 70 million VND.
Tuan Hung Watches also uses many flowery words when advertising this product, such as "made in Germany", "part of the Bonest Gatti Explorer Series collection "Discovering new things", "one of the products that thousands of people love", "for watch enthusiasts with design inspiration from famous supercars". Tuan Hung Watches also commits to being the official distributor of genuine Bonest Gatti Watches in Vietnam, if counterfeit goods are detected, they will be compensated 100 million VND...
Although trading in luxury goods, according to the investigation of the Journalist & Public Opinion newspaper, the total assets of Tuan Hung Watches at the end of 2021 were very modest, only about 3 billion VND. The company's registered charter capital was 9 billion VND, but it is worth noting that the owner's equity at the same time was only 3.25 billion VND. With only a profit or loss of hundreds of millions per year, by the end of 2021, Tuan Hung Watches only had a cumulative loss of tens of millions. Therefore, it is likely that the company has not contributed enough capital as registered.
Despite being heavily promoted with the appearance of many friends in showbiz, Tuan Hung Watches only brought the male singer a few billion VND in revenue each year. In 2021, the company's revenue reached 1.9 billion VND and the profit was only less than 9 million VND, which is not even equal to the price of a "popular" Orient watch according to the listed price on the company's website.
