Driving test for license categories B1, B2, D, C, and E.

Instructions for the driving test for license categories B1, B2, D, C, and E are provided in Official Document 3207/TCĐBVN-QLPT&NL of 2020. Please refer to the article below for more information.

1. Drive the vehicle into the controlled space to reverse into the parallel parking space (for class B and C vehicles) or the perpendicular parking area (for automatic class B1, B1, B2, D, and E vehicles);

2. Reverse to park the car;

3. Park your vehicle in the designated parking space;

4. Drive across the finish line of the driving test and proceed to the next test.

1. Drive in the correct shape as prescribed for the vehicle category being tested;

2. The wheels must not touch the boundary lines of the driving test area;

3. Keep the engine running continuously;

4. Complete the test within 2 minutes.

5. Keep the engine speed below 4000 rpm;

6. The vehicle speed must not exceed:

- 24 km/h for categories B and D

- 20 km/h for classes C and E

1. Driving in a manner inconsistent with the vehicle category for the exam will result in disqualification from the test.

2. Each time a wheel crosses the boundary line of the driving test area, 5 points will be deducted.

3. If the wheels touch the boundary line of the driving test area, 5 points will be deducted for every 5 seconds exceeding that limit.

4. Parking in an incorrect position (the entire vehicle is within the parking area but no signal is given to indicate completion) will result in a deduction of 5 points;

5. Failure to park the vehicle in the designated parking space (at the end of the test, part of the vehicle body is still outside the parking area) will result in disqualification from the test;

6. For every 2 minutes over the allotted time for the test, 5 points will be deducted.

7. Driving onto the sidewalk will result in disqualification from the driving test.

8. Improper handling of a situation resulting in an accident will result in disqualification from the driving test;

9. Each time the vehicle breaks down, 05 points will be deducted;

10. If the engine speed exceeds 4000 rpm, 05 points will be deducted each time;

11. For exceeding the speed limit, 1 point will be deducted for every 3 seconds.

12. If the total time taken to complete the test exceeds the规定 (regulation), 1 point will be deducted for every 3 seconds over the limit.

13. If the test score is below 80 points, the candidate will be disqualified.
