Key traffic projects include: Ring Road 4 Project - Hanoi Capital Region, section through Bac Ninh province; projects of routes DT.295C, DT.285B connecting Bac Ninh city through industrial parks with the new National Highway 3; DT.277B connecting with Ha Bac 2 bridge, Ring Road 4 DT.277B (route project); DT.295B Project (phase 2) section from Le Thai To street (Bac Ninh city) to Dong Ngan ward (Tu Son city).

The Ring Road 4 project through Bac Ninh province has approved a compensation plan for 377.5/380 hectares of land to be recovered, site clearance, accounting for more than 99%. Of which, the agricultural land area has completed 100% of the recovered area; there is about 8.6 hectares of residential land for 435 households in Bac Ninh city, Que Vo town, and Thuan Thanh town.

Regarding the road projects, Bac Ninh city has basically completed the land acquisition and resettlement work, and is speeding up the arrangement of resettlement land for households to soon hand over the entire site to investors and contractors. Yen Phong district has recovered nearly 99% of the total planned area, paid over 97% of compensation, and relocated nearly 100 graves for land acquisition and resettlement by the district's Construction Project Management Board. The land area invested by the Bac Ninh Provincial Transport and Agricultural Project Management Board has recovered more than 68% of the area.

The project is still stuck with agricultural land because some households have not received compensation for land acquisition, compensation and support plans have not been established or approved due to additional recovered areas; 4/8 households with residential land area do not agree to the counting; 30 ownerless graves have not yet established a compensation plan.

For the DT.295B project (phase 2) from Le Thai To street (Bac Ninh city) to Dong Ngan ward (Tu Son city) under the BT contract form, there are still problems with the land clearance section through the old town of Lim (Tien Du) and Vieng quarter (Tu Son city), due to problems with land origin, people do not accept the compensation price...

Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan asked localities to identify this as a task for the national interest, mobilizing the determination and drastic participation of the entire political system. During the implementation process, sectors and localities must promptly report all difficulties and problems to the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee to remove and speed up the progress of the projects.
