• Land origin: Land owned by the people.

• Current land status: Agricultural land.

• Estimated investment capital: 200 billion VND.

• Conformity with land use planning, construction planning, sectoral planning, etc.: In accordance with the agricultural sector planning as stipulated in Decision No. 30/QD-UBND dated January 28, 2019. Updated into the land use plan for the period 2021-2030.

Project 02: HIGH-TECH AQUACULTURE PROJECT

(920 HA, INCLUDING ZONE C3: 420 HA; ZONE C4: 500 HA)

• Investment location: Nhon Hai commune, Ninh Hai district.

• Investment objectives: To improve infrastructure (roads and wastewater treatment systems), increase the yield and quality of aquatic animal breeds, and supply industrial aquaculture areas with raw materials for processing and export.

• Area: 920 hectares.

• Land origin: State-managed sea surface.

• Current land status: Sea surface planning area.

• Projected investment capital: The scale of capital as per the registered project.

• Conformity with land use planning, construction planning, sectoral planning, etc.: Currently being integrated into the provincial planning until 2030 and with a vision to 2050.

Project 03: AN HAI HIGH-TECHNOLOGY AQUACULTURE BREEDING AREA INVESTMENT PROJECT

• Project name: An Hai High-Tech Aquaculture Seed Production Area Infrastructure Investment Project.

• Investment location: An Hai commune, Ninh Phuoc district.

• Investment objective: To complete the infrastructure of the high-tech aquaculture breeding area; to improve the quality of aquaculture seeds supplied to meet the needs of commercial farming nationwide, contributing to making Ninh Thuan a high-quality aquaculture seed center of the country. • Area: 168 hectares.

• Land origin: Land owned by the people.

• Current land status: Land is being used for shrimp farming, land is vacant.

• Estimated investment capital: 300 billion VND.

• Conformity with land use planning, construction planning, sectoral planning, etc.: The planning includes the road and central aquaculture breeding land within the General Planning Project for the Southern Coastal Tourism Area of ​​Ninh Thuan Province until 2035, approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 188/QD-UBND dated June 11, 2020. Regarding land use planning, the District People's Committee has included it in the land use planning for the period 2021-2030.

Project 04: RESEARCH, APPLICATION, TRAINING, AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER CENTER FOR AQUACULTURE BREEDING PROJECT

• Investment objective: To invest in a research and application center for training and technology transfer in aquatic animal breeding.

• Area: 15 hectares.

• Current land status: State-managed land.

• Estimated investment capital: 830 billion VND.

• Conformity with land use planning, construction planning, sectoral planning, etc.: According to Decision 607/QD-UBND dated November 1, 2023, on the approval of the detailed planning project (scale 1/2000) for the An Hai high-tech aquaculture breeding area and the Son Hai high-tech shrimp broodstock production area for the period 2021-2023.

Project 05: PROJECT FOR BREEDING HIGH-YIELD BEEF AND DAIRY CATTLE AND ESTABLISHING A RAW MATERIAL AREA FOR CATTLE FEED.

• Current land status: Mostly vacant land, with some areas where people are growing annual and perennial crops.

• Projected investment capital: The scale of capital as per the registered project.

• Compliance with land use planning, construction planning, sectoral planning, etc.:

- In accordance with the Land Use Planning until 2030 of Thuan Nam district, approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 399/QD-UBND dated July 5, 2022.

- In line with the development orientation of the agricultural sector in the district.
