Visiting and gift giving activities on the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs Day

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the morning of July 24, the working delegation of the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command led by Colonel Dinh Cong Luu, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Pham Thi Tam in Lang Uyen village, Nho Quan commune and war invalid Hoang Manh Khang in Phong Lai 1 village, Nho Quan commune.

At the families he visited, Colonel Dinh Cong Luu, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, kindly inquired about their health and expressed his deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of Heroic Vietnamese Mother Pham Thi Tam and wounded soldier Hoang Manh Khang to the cause of national liberation struggle as well as performing combat missions in peacetime.

This is a practical activity demonstrating the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", the care and responsibility of officers and soldiers of the armed forces of Ninh Binh province towards Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and war invalids, and those who have contributed to the revolution.

*On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the morning of July 24, the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development ( Agribank ) Ninh Binh Branch visited and presented gifts to war invalids, sick soldiers, and people with revolutionary contributions at Nho Quan War Invalids Nursing Center.

Nho Quan War Invalids Nursing Center is currently managing, nurturing, treating and rehabilitating, and implementing policies and regimes for 143 wounded and sick soldiers, resistance fighters and children of resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals; and social protection beneficiaries in especially difficult circumstances.

Currently, the Center has a system of departments and rooms that can apply treatment according to the same regimen as hospitals, organize medical examinations, prescribe and dispense medicine daily, promptly detect newly emerging diseases, provide emergency treatment to ensure safety, and limit mortality rates.

Over the years, hundreds of wounded and sick soldiers, after being cared for, have had their health stabilized and have been sent home to recuperate at their families and local nursing centers.

Visiting and presenting gifts to war invalids, sick soldiers, and people with meritorious services to the revolution at Nho Quan War Invalids Nursing Center, the leaders of Agribank Ninh Binh Branch kindly inquired and expressed deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of war invalids, sick soldiers, and people with meritorious services to the revolution in the cause of national liberation and reunification. The leaders of Agribank Ninh Binh Branch wished the war invalids and sick soldiers good health, upholding the revolutionary tradition of their families and hometowns, striving to overcome illness and rise up in life; actively participating in patriotic emulation movements in the locality.

At Nho Quan Nursing Center for War Invalids, the unit donated 50 million VND to war invalids and sick soldiers.

Also on the morning of July 24, Agribank Ninh Binh Branch visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Ruong, 105 years old, in Lien Huy village, Gia Vien commune, whose two sons Nguyen Van Chuoc and Nguyen Van Mi died in the resistance war against the US. Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Ruong has been cared for by Agribank Ninh Binh Branch since 2014.
