Ingredient:
- 1 liter of unsweetened fresh milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 container of yogurt starter, at room temperature.
Making:
- Pour condensed milk into the rice cooker pot. Then add fresh milk and stir until the condensed milk dissolves. Next, add yogurt and stir gently. Depending on the type of rice cooker you choose, select a different mode. If your rice cooker is modern, has multiple modes, and allows you to adjust the temperature, choose the DIY mode, set the temperature to 40 degrees, and the time to 10-12 hours.
If your rice cooker has a standard mechanical control, simply close the lid and let it ferment for 6-8 hours. If it's cold, every 2 hours, plug it in, set it to the "Keep Warm" mode for about 15 minutes, then unplug it to allow the yogurt to ferment better.
- Once the yogurt is smooth and creamy, pour it into ceramic cups and refrigerate for later consumption.
