Making:
- Put condensed milk into the rice cooker. Then add fresh milk and stir until the condensed milk dissolves. Then add yogurt and stir gently. Depending on the type of rice cooker, you choose a different mode. If your rice cooker is modern, has many modes and can adjust the temperature, then choose DIY mode, set the temperature to 40 degrees - time 10-12 hours.
If your rice cooker is normally mechanically controlled, just close the lid and let it sit for 6-8 hours. If it's cold, every 2 hours, plug it in, set it to "Keep Warm" for about 15 minutes, then unplug it so the yogurt can sit better.
- After achieving smooth yogurt, put it in ceramic cups and store in the refrigerator to eat gradually.
