According to the Department of Transport, during the bridge repair period, vehicles traveling from the center of Hoi An city to Cua Dai beach and vice versa can use Vo Chi Cong road (DT.619) across De Vong bridge, then turn right onto Lac Long Quan road (DT.603B). Motorbikes, bicycles, and pedestrians crossing the bridge must follow the instructions of traffic controllers to ensure safety and maintain the quality of the construction.

The Department of Transport also requested that within the construction area, the construction unit must set up barriers and warning signs; at both ends of the temporarily closed section, they must erect notification signs, directional signs, and station guards to direct traffic. The Quang Nam Transport Inspectorate will coordinate with relevant authorities to regularly inspect compliance with the traffic management plan and ensure traffic safety on the construction section.
