Be careful with… Wi-Fi.

Everyone knows that with Wi-Fi, we can work, entertain ourselves, connect with others, and stay in touch with friends... However, along with these benefits, Wi-Fi also has a significant impact on health.

Insomnia. Studies have shown that people who habitually keep their mobile phones or live in environments surrounded by Wi-Fi are at a much higher risk of insomnia than others. This is because the radiation from mobile phones and Wi-Fi affects the body's brainwaves, leading to chronic insomnia. Insomnia seriously impacts health and other activities.
Therefore, before going to bed, turn off all Wi-Fi signals in the house and avoid keeping your phone near you while sleeping.
Impact on young children. The Guardian cites a 2004 study suggesting that prolonged exposure to non-thermal radio frequency radiation from mobile phones and Wi-Fi can disrupt normal cell development, particularly in adrenal gland cells. Therefore, pregnant women living in environments with excessive Wi-Fi radiation are at a higher risk of affecting the normal development of their fetus, potentially leading to deformities or abnormal development of body parts.
Furthermore, according to a 2009 study by Austrian experts, Wi-Fi waves can significantly disrupt protein synthesis, most noticeably in the growing tissues of children and adolescents.

Memory impairment. Numerous scientific studies have shown that under the continuous influence of Wi-Fi, brain function changes significantly, leading to memory impairment, especially in women. To prove this, a group of 30 healthy volunteers, consisting of 15 men and 15 women, participated in a memory test. First, the group was tested without any exposure to Wi-Fi radiation. Then, they were exposed to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi waves for about 45 minutes. Experts measured brain activity and the results showed significant changes in brain activity and energy levels, especially in women.
Negative impact on sperm . Scientific studies have proven this through experiments on both animals and humans. They concluded that frequent exposure to Wi-Fi frequencies reduces sperm motility and causes DNA fragmentation.

Increased heart rate. Scientists believe that people living in environments with high levels of Wi-Fi, 3G, or mobile phone signals experience a physical reaction to these electromagnetic frequencies. This reaction is similar to the heart rate of someone under stress.
Causes headaches. The body's first reaction to prolonged exposure to Wi-Fi waves is headaches and dizziness. For this reason, people who work in environments with constant Wi-Fi use should take breaks.
Reduced energy. This harmful effect mainly affects women. According to a recent scientific study, when 30 women were continuously exposed to Wi-Fi radiation for 1 hour, they all reported feeling tired and experiencing a decrease in energy.
