At the training course, students are provided with an overview of Vietnam tourism in the past and the orientation of tourism development in the coming time; legal documents related to tourism, and the state management system on tourism.

In addition, students are also updated on changes that need to be noted during the guidance process; disseminate the Code of Ethics and Conduct, the set of professional standards in customer service and topics on skills to serve customer markets, the political security situation and immigration management issues, measures to ensure security and safety for tourists...

The class takes place over 3 days, from May 12 to 14.
