As a research engineer, he always witnessed the scene of fresh flowers in Da Lat having to be thrown away due to wilting, making Mr. Hieu always worry. From that concern, he spent many sleepless nights trying to find the "secret" to help farmers keep flowers beautiful and fresh longer.

Holding a bouquet of colorful fresh flowers, Mr. Hieu said that one time, by chance, his daughter was given an assignment by the teacher to practice dyeing natural flowers. To help his daughter complete her homework, he tried using food coloring mixed with water, but the flowers did not color.
At that time, he tried to buy flower dye from abroad. Although the dye was successful, the price was very expensive. After that, Mr. Hieu tried using magnetically treated water mixed with organic color, the flower color appeared very quickly and beautifully.
Since then, Mr. Hieu has researched and created flower dye to help flower branches change color and keep flowers fresh for a long time.

“With the foundation of magnetic water treatment technology, water after magnetic field treatment will separate water molecules, allowing water to easily circulate in the plant's veins.
The solution that helps flowers stay fresh for a long time includes magnetic water to help the plant absorb more water, added sugar to nourish the plant and copper ions to kill bacteria. From there, this solution helps flowers stay fresh longer," Mr. Hieu shared.
Also according to Mr. Hieu, with flower dye water, organic color particles mixed with magnetic water will be easily absorbed by the plant, thereby helping the plant absorb water and change color quickly.
To date, Mr. Hieu has researched and produced 130 flower dye colors. With the product to keep flowers fresh for a long time, from 1 product to now there are 6 products for each different harvesting stage of each gardener.
“If in the past, white daisies (makoto) were only used at funerals, now on the market this type of daisies is dyed blue, red, purple, pink, etc. In Da Lat, white daisies are sold at the garden for 10.000 VND/month. trees, but when dyed, the selling price increases by about 15-30%," said Mr. Le Hieu.

Flower dyeing technology also contributes to increasing the value of some traditional flowers on the market. Previously, in nature, peony daisies were only white and yellow. Currently, most of these flowers are dyed in many different colors by big brands and are popular in the market.
Sharing about his plans for 2024, Mr. Hieu revealed that in the coming time, he will continue to research multi-purpose detergents such as cleaning mattresses, leather items, etc. based on the available technology platform of magnetic water. .
