- The hundreds of billions in box office revenue prove that the "raw" style is still a money-maker. But when profanity is automatically considered a sign of personality, and noise is considered dramatic, the line between art and vulgarity becomes as thin as a sheet of paper.

- Yeah! Cinema is like a coffee filter. If you skip the filtering step and just bring the raw, unadulterated image to the screen, that's just the work of the camera, not the creativity of the artist.

- The money earned may be in the billions, but the true "stature" of a filmmaker lies not in the number of cheers and applause, but in the cultural impact that lingers after the lights go out.
