Fierce fire engulfed many kiosks at Yen Minh market

(NLDO) - Many kiosks selling clothes, groceries, and shoes in Yen Minh market were burned down on the afternoon of the 27th of Tet (January 26).

According to initial information, at around 4:30 p.m. on January 26, business households in Yen Minh district market, Ha Giang province discovered a fire at a kiosk selling clothes, groceries, and shoes.

Because the fire broke out in an area with many flammable objects, the fire spread very quickly, engulfing many other kiosks in the market.

Upon discovering the incident, local people and authorities quickly coordinated to put out the fire, but due to strong winds and flammable materials, the fire quickly spread.

As the fire has not been controlled yet, the exact damage cannot be estimated. Currently, the authorities are urgently extinguishing the fire.
