-Trick to defraud charity donations to support pagodas: subjects took advantage of recent fires at pagodas, created fake Facebook pages under the pagoda's name to call for donations.

The fake Facebook page has an interface identical to the official page, posting many pictures and videos to create trust for viewers. The subjects also spend a sum of money to run ads with the aim of reaching many people and receiving great interaction.

When someone discovered that this was a scam page and commented to warn viewers, the subject deleted the comment and blocked access.

The Information Security Department recommends that individuals and groups need to clearly understand the information and the calling organization, and not transfer money to strangers but only through reputable units.

- Tricks to trick people into installing fake banking apps: scammers create websites, applications, and social networking sites impersonating banks, financial institutions, etc. The scammers approach victims in many ways, then find ways to steal users' personal information and commit financial fraud.

The Information Security Department recommends that people should be extremely vigilant when inviting people to upgrade their credit cards; borrow money online quickly, with low interest rates; or notify bank accounts of suspicious transactions....

Absolutely do not install applications of unknown origin, do not access links, follow instructions, transfer money to strangers, and do not provide personal information in any form.

- Health consultation tricks for the purpose of fraud: subjects create Fanpage pages to provide health consultation, share information, videos with images of doctors and medical staff to provide consultation, share about the uses of drugs as well as sharing of people who have used drugs to gain users' trust.

The subjects then lured the victims into consulting and buying medicine with many incentives. Many people were not only cheated out of money but also had their health affected by using products of unknown origin.

The Information Security Department recommends that people should be cautious when using medical examination and treatment services. It is necessary to use a legitimate, licensed medical examination and treatment platform, and identify the doctor and medical examination and treatment facility. Do not believe in the offers of strangers, do not transfer money or provide information to strangers.
