In particular, focusing on the effective implementation of work according to two-level authority, not to interrupt work, not to leave areas or fields vacant or affect the normal operations of agencies, organizations, production and business activities of enterprises and people's lives.
Localities and units shall arrange, organize and use working offices, public assets, finances, working conditions, travel and living conditions of cadres, civil servants and public employees after arrangement in accordance with the direction of the Government, Prime Minister and Chairman of the City People's Committee.
Closely monitor price and market developments to avoid shortages, supply disruptions, and sudden price increases, especially for food, foodstuffs, construction materials, housing, agricultural supplies, textbooks, etc.; strictly handle violations of the law on prices, speculation, hoarding, price manipulation.
Implement solutions to accelerate disbursement of public investment capital, especially important and key projects and works of the country and the city; transfer capital from slow-disbursement projects to good-disbursement projects according to regulations, ensuring 100% disbursement of the 2025 plan.
The Department of Finance is assigned to preside over and coordinate with units and localities to review and propose adjustments to the city's medium-term public investment plan for the 2021-2025 period and 2025.
The Department of Industry and Trade coordinates with ministries, departments, branches and associations to carry out trade promotion activities, develop markets, attract and expand investment in production and business, create new production capacity, ensure supply of goods to meet the requirements of the domestic and export markets; advise the City People's Committee to develop and propose new policies and mechanisms for the Da Nang Free Trade Zone under the authority of the Central Government, and submit them to competent authorities for consideration and decision before August 5, 2025.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment coordinates with the City Military Command and units and localities to urgently carry out tasks of natural disaster prevention, search and rescue at the provincial and commune levels.
At the same time, complete the preparedness scenario to respond to specific risk levels and types of natural disasters commonly encountered in the locality; protect key and vulnerable works, ensure the safety of people's lives, and minimize human losses when natural disasters occur.
