This afternoon, September 30, at the National Assembly House, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man chaired the welcoming ceremony for President of the National Assembly of the People's Government, President of the State Council (President of the National Assembly) of Cuba Esteban Lazo Hernández on an official visit to Vietnam.
