The company operates in multiple industries, including manufacturing electrical equipment, generators, textiles, fashion , equipment import and export, commodity trading, shipbuilding... with a product consumption network in more than 100 countries, with a total import and export turnover of about 12.9 billion USD per year.
In Bac Ninh , Sumec is currently cooperating with Yethan Vietnam Energy Technology Co., Ltd., located in Thuan Thanh 2 Industrial Park, Mao Dien Ward. This enterprise was established in 2024, specializing in manufacturing, assembling and distributing generator sets.

Realizing the favorable investment environment in Bac Ninh , Ms. Shilei expressed her desire to expand the scale of operations by investing in a new factory in Thuan Thanh Industrial Park, with an expected area of 3-5 hectares. The factory will specialize in manufacturing aluminum components for automobiles, using gas instead of electricity in the production process. The enterprise is committed to fully complying with Vietnamese laws during the project implementation process.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan welcomed the delegation of Sumec Group to explore investment opportunities in Bac Ninh, and acknowledged the trust of the Group and Yethan Vietnam Company in the province's investment environment. He affirmed that Bac Ninh province always supports high-tech projects, especially in the field of precision mechanics, an industry prioritized for development by the Government and the province.

The presence of provincial leaders and key departments and branches in investment attraction at today's reception shows the province's respect and commitment to accompany the business community, especially potential investors like Sumec. The province highly appreciates the linkage model between Vietnamese and foreign enterprises in the high-tech supply chain, a strategic direction that needs to be replicated.
Bac Ninh is currently one of the localities with the most developed technical and social infrastructure systems in the country, especially in terms of transportation, industrial zones and services. This is a favorable foundation for domestic and foreign enterprises to invest, produce and do business effectively.
After the working session, he suggested that Sumec Group continue to discuss specifically with relevant departments and branches. The Provincial Industrial Park Management Board will be the focal point for investment support; the Department of Industry and Trade will research and advise on policies and mechanisms to promote high-tech production linkage models between domestic and international enterprises.
