Commencement of works and projects to welcome the first Bac Ninh Provincial Party Congress

Accordingly, in Mao Dien ward, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province organized the groundbreaking ceremony of package No. 07 - Construction and equipment of Ngo Xa pumping station headquarter area under component project No. 3: Repair and upgrade of Bac Hung Hai system phase 2, Bac Ninh province. Standing Deputy Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Huong attended the ceremony.

The package has a total investment of about 240 billion VND, including the following items: 7-compartment pumping station (5 machine rooms, 1 repair room, 1 control room), discharge culvert through Duong right dike; Hoai Thuong back dike, canal after the discharge tank to the culvert through Duong right dike, canal after the discharge culvert through Duong right dike, channel before the automatic garbage collection culvert, management house, drainage canal.

The project is invested by the Bac Ninh Province Traffic and Agriculture Project Management Board No. 2; the construction unit is the Joint Venture of Construction and Business Development Joint Stock Company - Hai Duong Irrigation Construction Joint Stock Company - Ninh Giang Construction Limited Liability Company - Vietnam Machinery Installation Corporation - Institute of Pumps and Irrigation Equipment; completion time is the end of December 2027.

The Bac Hung Hai irrigation system is a key project, playing a particularly important role in supplying water for agricultural production, drainage for residential and industrial areas of the three provinces of Bac Ninh, Hung Yen and Hai Phong. However, after many years of exploitation and operation, some items of the system have degraded and no longer meet the current development requirements. Therefore, the implementation of the Bac Hung Hai system repair and upgrade project is extremely necessary and urgent to ensure water security, improve production efficiency, and contribute to sustainable socio -economic development for the entire region as well as the three provinces. In particular, Package 07 Construction and equipment of the Ngo Xa pumping station head area plays a key role, being one of the most important items of the project.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Le Xuan Loi affirmed that this is a project of great importance for the development of agricultural infrastructure, serving the needs of people's lives, and has been paid attention to and selected by the Bac Ninh provincial government as the project to carry out the groundbreaking ceremony to welcome the first Bac Ninh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and aspirations of the Party Committee, government and people of the whole province in the new development period.

In order for the project to be completed on schedule, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Le Xuan Loi requested the Management Board of Bac Ninh Province's Traffic and Agriculture Project No. 2 and the contractor to urgently mobilize human resources, equipment, and organize construction to ensure the progress and quality of the project; departments and branches continue to support and guide the investor to implement the project effectively and in accordance with regulations; Thuan Thanh and Mao Dien wards strengthen propaganda about the importance of the project, actively coordinate with the investor and contractor so that the project can be implemented on time. At the same time, he requested the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment to continue to pay more attention to the projects of Bac Ninh province in general and the Bac Hung Hai system in particular, especially projects related to the dyke and irrigation sectors of Bac Ninh province.

In Bac Giang ward, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province organized the groundbreaking ceremony of the Commercial Apartment Project on the land lot coded CT3 (Gold Park) with Dat Vuong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company representing the Joint Venture as the investor. Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Vuong Quoc Tuan attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

The project is deployed on a total area of 5,260 m², construction area is 74,178 m² (including 2 basements). The project consists of 25 floors, with a scale of 607 luxury apartments, including 19 shophouses, 8 penthouses, 580 apartments, providing accommodation for over 2,000 residents; with internal facilities including a parking area of 9,192 m², located in basements B1, B2 and 3rd floor, along with a swimming pool, gym, coffee shop, commercial service area...

Speaking here, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Phan The Tuan emphasized: One of the province's focuses is to focus on developing urban housing, including the commercial apartment segment - both to meet the increasing needs of people and to contribute to restructuring urban space, improving the quality of life and image of the province.

The Commercial Apartment Project of Dat Vuong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, which started construction today, is designed with modernity, synchronous infrastructure, and is associated with public utility services. When completed and put into use, it will create more high-quality housing for the people, become an architectural highlight, expand urban space, promote the development of commercial and service activities, and at the same time affirm the attractiveness of the investment environment of Bac Ninh province.

At the same time, he requested that the investor focus maximum resources, select construction, consulting, and supervision units with sufficient capacity and experience, comply with the provisions of law on investment, construction, labor safety, fire prevention and environmental protection; pay attention to the landscape, utilities, and services so that the project truly becomes a civilized and modern living space. Construction and supervision units must uphold the sense of responsibility, apply advanced technology and processing methods, ensure the quality of the project, keep on schedule, and avoid errors during the construction process. Departments, branches, and local authorities continue to accompany, create all favorable conditions, and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for investors during the project implementation process.
