Also participating in the delegation were Head of the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Van Loi, Director of the Department of Science and Technology Lam Dinh Thang, leaders of the Department of Home Affairs, and the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center. On the local side, there were Secretary of the Di An Ward Party Committee Vo Van Hong, Chairwoman of the Ward People's Committee Tran Thi Thanh Thuy and a team of ward officials and civil servants.

Here, the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and the working delegation surveyed the Di An Ward Public Administration Service Center, inspected the operation of the online file registration system, created digital signatures and the process of receiving and handling administrative procedures - especially in the fields of land, construction and business registration. The delegation also visited and encouraged the volunteers who are supporting people in carrying out the procedures.

Speaking at the working session with the Party Committee and People's Committee of the ward, comrade Nguyen Van Duoc highly appreciated the thorough preparation of personnel and technical infrastructure of the ward, meeting the requirements of operating a two-level government model. He emphasized: "HCMC is entering a historic transition period with new space, new space, new resources and new development momentum. This is an important time for the city to strive towards the goal of entering the group of 100 most livable cities in the world ".

The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee requested the locality to report specifically on the working regulations of the Ward People's Committee, the assignment of responsibilities of specialized departments, the progress of receiving and handing over documents from the Di An City People's Committee before, the status of document digitization, posting of administrative procedures and management of public service units.

Reporting to the working delegation, Chairwoman of Di An Ward People's Committee Tran Thi Thanh Thuy said that the ward is currently using the entire old headquarters of Di An City People's Committee, with a spacious and modern administrative center. The ward has arranged 17 permanent staff, along with 3 volunteers to support people in each working session. During the trial operation, the system for receiving and processing records is basically stable, receiving consensus from people and businesses.

In addition, the Ward Party Committee has completed the draft regulations on the functions, tasks and working regulations of the Ward Party Committee and People's Committee; prepared the work program for the last 6 months of the year and the content for the new Ward People's Council meeting.

The ward also recommended that the leaders of Ho Chi Minh City pay attention to investing in upgrading information technology infrastructure and internet lines. The locality has currently advanced the budget to upgrade the infrastructure to meet the demand of receiving a large number of documents in the initial phase of operation.
