Seriously grasping and implementing resolutions, directives and projects of superiors on innovation in education and training work, meeting the requirements of building the Army in the new situation, the military and defense work orders of the Commander of Military Region 3, the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the school have led and directed the implementation of many policies and solutions in innovation in education and training work. Accordingly, the system of regulations and rules is updated promptly, ensuring consistency in management; training programs and plans are built tightly and scientifically; teaching content is close to tasks and local characteristics; teaching forms and methods are innovated in the direction of promoting the positivity, self-awareness, proactiveness and creativity of learners, enhancing practical training, night training, and training close to combat reality. In particular, the Party Committee and the School Board have focused on leading and directing resolutely and synchronously implementing solutions to effectively implement the Project "Building a team of teachers andeducational managers in the Army for the period 2023-2030 and the following years". The team of teachers and educational managers has been strengthened and gradually standardized, with the rate of teachers with university and postgraduate degrees reaching 99.05%, an increase of 6.66% compared to the previous term. Faculty-level leaders proactively innovate teaching content and methods, closely following the target audience and requirements of the task. Cadres closely manage students and soldiers, grasp the situation, and effectively educate discipline. Department and division cadres improve their ability to provide accurate, timely advice.

Scientific research work has always been closely led and directed by the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the school, considering it one of the breakthroughs to improve the quality of education and training. The school has implemented synchronous solutions to promote scientific research activities, focusing on improving the quality and effectiveness of topics and initiatives. Over the past 5 years, the school has had 182 topics and initiatives researched, accepted on schedule, effectively applied to teaching and training, exceeding the set targets.

The work of compiling, editing, and publishing teaching materials is carried out in accordance with the process, closely following the framework program, closely linked to practical training requirements. Military scientific information activities are maintained in a disciplined manner, promoting the role of the information system for direction, operation, management, command and digital library in providing documents and data for study and research. At the same time, the school also actively and proactively invests in modernizing facilities, materials, and training equipment, focusing on building training grounds and specialized classrooms, enhancing the application of information technology and simulation technology, receiving and effectively using modern technical equipment.

In the period of 2020-2025, the school organized training on schedule, completed 100% of the education and training program for the subjects, with 100% completing the tasks, of which 80.02% achieved good and excellent results, meeting the targets set by the congress resolution. 100% of graduates working at units and localities always completed their tasks in their assigned positions and responsibilities. The work of fostering national defense and security knowledge for cadres of subjects 2, 3, 4 and national defense and security education for students achieved good quality, with results all achieving good and excellent. Directed the completion of comprehensive tactical drills with live ammunition for the subjects, achieving good in technique, good in tactics, and absolute safety. The results of in-service training were 80.14% achieving good and excellent results, exceeding the set targets. Training new soldiers according to the Military Region's assigned targets achieved good results and absolute safety.

In the coming time, the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the school will continue to focus on leading and directing the building of a team of cadres and teachers with qualities, abilities, innovative thinking, modern methods, understanding of technology, mastering military science knowledge, meeting the requirements of building a smart and modern school, contributing to being worthy of the title of a key school of the Army, and beautifying the tradition of the heroic unit of the People's Armed Forces.
