In recent times, the Women's Union of Regiment 937 has promoted collective intelligence, focused on democracy, innovated the content and methods of operation, consolidated and built many practical operation models, launched many emulation movements of women, and helped each other develop the economy to achieve practical results.

With the solidarity and efforts of the members, the activities of the women's association and the emulation movement attract a large number of cadres and members to participate. The Association is increasingly strong, contributing with other organizations in the Regiment to well perform the tasks of the agency and unit, building a clean and strong Party organization, a comprehensively strong unit "exemplary model". With the achieved results, the Women's Association of Regiment 937 has been awarded the flag by the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army for many consecutive years (2021, 2022, 2023) and many female cadres and members have been commended by the Service and Division.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union of Regiment 937 will focus on implementing two breakthroughs: First, promoting digital transformation in women's work and women's movements, accompanying women in improving digital capacity. Second, improving the quality of staff, innovating the association's operation methods; promoting gender equality, building strong women's organizations and unions, meeting the requirements of the new era.

Speaking at the congress, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Khuyen, Political Commissar of Regiment 937, congratulated the achievements of the Women's Union's cadres and members in the past term; at the same time, requested that in the 2025-2030 term, the Executive Committee of the Union should seriously grasp the directives, resolutions, and guidance plans of the superiors. Focus on innovating the content and methods of operation in accordance with the tasks and functions of the Union, and develop specific action plans in accordance with the tasks, functions, and aspirations of the members.

The Executive Committee of the Women's Union regularly innovates and improves the quality and effectiveness of emulation movements; strengthens education to improve knowledge about gender and gender equality, and skills in organizing family life for each member, contributing to building a cultured and happy family. Takes care to build and consolidate a strong organization of the Union, focuses on training a team of enthusiastic, dedicated, and committed union officials to women's work, effectively advises leaders and commanders at all levels to effectively implement policies on women and children; grasps the ideological situation of members, promptly resolves the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of members.
