Promote digital transformation, improve the efficiency of union work

On October 3, Regiment 246 (Division 346, Military Region 1) held the Congress of Delegates of the Regiment's Youth Union, term 2025-2030.

At the Congress, the Youth Union of Regiment 246 applied some digital transformation contents to the organization of the Congress, marking a strong step forward in the unit's digital transformation work, contributing to improving the efficiency and professionalism in the Party and political work of the Regiment.

The Congress highlighted the achievements of the Union's work and youth movement in the 2022-2025 term of the Regiment; at the same time, set out goals to promote the pioneering and creative spirit of the Union members, to continuously study, practice, and further improve their qualifications in the new term, worthy of being the core force in all tasks of the unit.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the 246th Regiment's Youth Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 9 comrades; announced the resolution appointing delegates to attend the Conference to summarize the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement of Division 346 for the 2022-2025 period.
