From 2022 to now, the 234th Brigade's Youth Union has had 345 initiatives and improvements participating in competitions at all levels, which have been highly appreciated by the superiors, including one consolation prize and one third prize, the Creative Youth Award in the Army.

In the 2025-2030 term, with the slogan of action "Solidarity, initiative, creativity, development", union cadres and youth union members in the grassroots union determined to continue to implement quality and effective union work and youth movements.

Organize to respond and participate in emulation movements, campaigns, solve new and difficult tasks, overcome weak links and weaknesses, contributing to the successful completion of the political tasks of the unit.

The Congress elected 9 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Brigade's Youth Union and elected the Secretary of the Brigade's Youth Union for the 2025-2030 term.
