Recently, many former football players in Ho Chi Minh City said that Mr. Phan Huu Phat was seriously ill, with heart, liver, and gallbladder damage, and had to undergo dialysis, but the initial cost was 100 million VND, and the doctor had to advance 50 million VND. Currently, the former Saigon Port player is being treated at Hospital 115.
