Accordingly, in the context of a volatile economy , accessing investment capital and building a well-structured company profile are the two biggest challenges for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups in Dak Lak.

The program also included the signing ceremony of a strategic cooperation agreement (MOU) between the PCA Productivity Training Academy and My Duc Minh Business Development and Training Consulting Joint Stock Company. The agreement outlines the joint creation of a startup incubator within the DakLak Innovation Hub. This is a significant milestone, officially establishing a direct connection channel to bring resources, policies, and opportunities from the national level to provide close support to the startup ecosystem in Dak Lak province.

The program aims to enhance the competitiveness of SMEs and startups in the Central Highlands. It is also expected to provide a strong morale boost and practical tools to help businesses in Dak Lak prepare for a promising fiscal year in 2026.
