On the evening of September 15, at October 14 Square, the Provincial Federation of Labor organized an art program to welcome the 24th Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028. Attending the event was comrade Pham Dong Thuy, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

The program also featured singers who are widely admired by the audience such as Trong Tan and Linh Chi.
