Vu Thu: Opening of the 2025 culinary culture festival

Leaders of Vu Thu district and Vu Thu commune (new) performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the festival.

At the opening ceremony, delegates and a large number of people enjoyed a special cultural program including performances praising the love for the homeland and country; praising the glorious Party, great Uncle Ho; praising the historical and cultural traditions of Thai Binh ... The festival was organized to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere when the two-level government came into operation; at the same time connecting culture - cuisine - tourism, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the locality, aiming to complete the target of double-digit economic growth in 2025.

The festival takes place over 3 days (from June 30 to July 2, 2025) with 30 cake and food stalls in the space of a delicious gift market, gathering the unique cuisine of the locality and regions. Coming to the festival, people will have the opportunity to enjoy many unique and attractive dishes such as the 7m long giant bread with the full flavor of the North - Central - South; "nem cong cha phuong" - the top dish in royal cuisine and witness the "Delicious dishes of my hometown" contest - where 5 teams compete to recreate the traditional crab soup dish with regional imprints... In addition, there are also many booths displaying and introducing OCOP products, key products from the fields of agriculture , industry, and handicrafts of individuals, organizations, and businesses.
