Previously, on the morning of February 13, the Lai Chau Provincial Police Facebook page received a report that the account "Linh Nhi" posted on Facebook content insulting the traffic police on duty.

According to the police, Ms. T is the person who posted this content, the image in the article is in Muong Kim commune (Than Uyen district).

At the police station, Ms. T admitted to taking photos of the traffic police and posting them on Facebook with insulting words to attract likes, increase interactions, and inform her friends that there was a traffic police checkpoint on duty.
