The interior finishing was carried out by the Italian Fit-out (IFO) team of experts. The actual luxury apartment was also rigorously inspected and approved by Marriott before being opened to guests.
IFO spent 1.5 months selecting the perfect wood color for the flooring in the luxury Marriott apartment.
The flooring in the luxury apartment is walnut wood imported from the United States. Antonio Guarnaschella, Quality Management Specialist at IFO, said they spent more than 1.5 months selecting the perfect wood color for the Marriott luxury apartment.
The balconies of these luxury apartments are designed with carefully considered heights to ensure both safety and unobstructed views from the sofas. The lighting system is also designed by lighting consultants with years of experience advising Marriott's 5-star hotels, providing warm, inviting light throughout the entire apartment.
The kitchen cabinet system is custom-designed to fit 43 different apartment layouts and is 100% handcrafted by Italian experts.

Within the Lake Tower alone, there are 43 different kitchen layouts to maximize space and connect with the outdoors, each corresponding to a different cabinet design to make the most of the available area.

The master bedroom features a multi-directional floor-to-ceiling glass system, offering panoramic views. The elegant design language, with its warm, neutral color palette, continues to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for the homeowner. The curtains, lighting, and air conditioning systems are integrated with smart home technology, allowing residents to pre-set their preferred settings or control them remotely via smartphone.
The master bedroom is connected to a large bathroom, sharing the same elegant design language as Marriott.
Luxurious marble, with a durability of decades, covers the entire bathroom space, from the floor to the walls and countertops. The bathroom is completed with high-end sanitary ware, from bathtubs and showers to smart toilets and washbasins.
Wardrobes are custom-designed by IFO for each apartment layout.
In addition to the master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom, the Marriott luxury apartment also features two other bedrooms and a smaller bathroom, all designed to Marriott standards. The wardrobes are designed and manufactured by IFO to fit each apartment layout, maximizing space and providing ample storage for residents.
Marriott's signature design language extends to the common areas within the Lake Tower, featuring 5-star hotel-standard amenities operated by Marriott's concierge team, such as the gym, movie theater, rooftop pool, and children's play area.
