Key projects will be strategically located in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi . Specifically, the Co Loa Marriott Hotel will be the first Marriott Hotels brand to be introduced to Hanoi. Situated next to the National Exhibition and Convention Center, approximately 13km from the city center, the project is currently under construction and is expected to offer 494 rooms. The hotel is designed to cater to business travelers and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tourists, offering a comprehensive experience.
The JW Marriott & Four Points by Sheraton eco-resort complex in Can Gio will be developed within the 2,870-hectare Can Gio reclaimed land tourism urban area. This dual-hotel complex is expected to offer 780 rooms, including hotel rooms, family apartments, and long-stay apartments, along with 1,800m² of meeting space. JW Marriott will focus on a holistic wellness experience with 5 dining spaces, a club lounge, an outdoor swimming pool, and Spa by JW, while Four Points by Sheraton will offer modern, family-friendly accommodation options with 3 restaurants, a children's play area, and a family pool.
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and The Ritz-Carlton Residences (Ho Chi Minh City) marks the first appearance of this legendary brand in Ho Chi Minh City. Located in District 1 – the commercial center of Ho Chi Minh City, the project includes a 231-room hotel and a tower with 420 luxury apartments, offering profound cultural, culinary, and wellness experiences, leaving a lasting impression, changing the perspective of travelers, and elevating the standards of hospitality in the country's most dynamic metropolis.
