On July 20th, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health Inspectorate announced that it had inspected a facility that injected fillers, resulting in the hospitalization of Mr. NVH (22 years old, residing in Dong Nai province). Prior to this, Mr. NVH had received a filler injection (in the nose area) at 361 Ba Hat Street, Ward 4, District 10. Five minutes after the injection, Mr. H. experienced headaches, right eye pain, and dizziness, requiring emergency hospitalization.

According to initial information, Mr. H. was scheduled to go to the above address and received filler injections from Ms. MTAL on the first floor. The filler was purchased online by MTAL for 300,000 VND/cc. The facility does not have any legal documents related to medical examination and treatment activities.
On the same day, the Inspectorate of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health announced that it had received information from Hung Vuong Hospital reporting a medical malpractice case that required emergency treatment at the hospital, related to medical examination and treatment at the multi-specialty clinic of Nam Viet Multi-Specialty Clinic Co., Ltd. (202 To Hien Thanh Street, Ward 15, District 10). Previously, Ms. CTPN had an abortion at this clinic.
