Lam Dong Provincial Police promote 98 leaders and commanders to higher ranks.

On the morning of April 29th, the Lam Dong Provincial Police Department held a ceremony to announce the decision to promote 98 leaders and commanders to higher ranks and increase their salaries in 2026.

Accordingly, 22 heads of departments were promoted from Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel (under the authority of the Minister of Public Security ) and 76 team leaders and heads of commune police were promoted from Major to Lieutenant Colonel (under the authority of the Provincial Police Director).

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Truong Minh Duong emphasized: The promotion in rank is a recognition by the Party, the State, and the military sector of the efforts of the officers and soldiers. He also requested that the comrades continue to maintain their political integrity, cultivate their ethics, improve their capabilities, and successfully complete their assigned tasks in the context of the entire force implementing the policy of streamlining the organizational structure.

Speaking on behalf of the newly promoted officers, Colonel Do Minh Duc expressed his honor and pledged to continue striving to improve, maintain his integrity, foster a spirit of unity, and excellently fulfill his duties in ensuring security and order in the new situation.
