Accordingly, the three heritage items added to the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage this time are: the Nhat Tan Temple Festival in Tay Ho District, Hanoi ; the Chroi Rum Chek Festival (Phuoc Bien Festival) of the Khmer people in Vinh Chau town, Soc Trang province; and the knowledge of coffee cultivation and processing in Dak Lak province.

The intangible cultural heritage items included in the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage this time belong to two categories: Traditional festivals and Folk knowledge.
According to the Decision, the Chairpersons of the People's Committees at all levels in the localities where the intangible cultural heritage included in this National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage is located, within their duties and powers, shall carry out state management in accordance with the law on cultural heritage.
