On this occasion, Thien Quan Land announced the launch of over 1,400 products in the high-end apartment, commercial service apartment, and modern residential area segments, developed by Thien Quan Group and exclusively distributed by Thien Quan Land. These include four strategic projects: Thien Quan Marina Plaza high-end apartment complex, Thien Quan Apartment mixed-use commercial and residential complex, Thien Quan Center high-end apartment complex, and Thien Quan Tay Do residential area, along with many other large-scale projects to be launched in the near future.

Specifically, the Thien Quan Center high-end apartment and commercial complex project in Cai Rang ward, with a land area of over 5,260 ^m² , a scale of 39 above-ground floors and 2 basement floors, and a total investment of 1,407 billion VND, is expected to commence construction in the third quarter of 2026.

The Thien Quan Apartment project in Ninh Kieu ward has a total investment of 150 billion VND, a land area of 538.6 ^m2 , a scale of 13 floors and 2 basements, and is expected to start construction in the second quarter of 2026.

At the event, Thien Quan Group and Thien Quan Land signed a strategic cooperation agreement, marking a milestone as Thien Quan Land becomes an exclusive partner in Thien Quan Group's real estate ecosystem.
