According to Resolution No. 237/NQ-UBTVQH16 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly , 10 wards will be established based on maintaining the natural area and population size of the corresponding communes and will officially come into operation from April 30, 2026.
The Standing Committee of the National Assembly requested that, after their establishment, the wards should organize and stabilize the apparatus of agencies and organizations; stabilize the lives of the local people, and ensure the requirements for socio- economic development, national defense, and security in the area.

Therefore, the ward needs to quickly reorganize its structure to ensure smooth, effective, and efficient operation; build a team of officials and civil servants with strong political convictions, modern urban management thinking, and a professional service style. At the same time, it needs to closely coordinate with relevant departments and the city to overcome difficulties and accelerate the progress of key projects so they can be put into operation as soon as possible.

The city is planning to develop Tri An Lake into a multi-purpose area, creating ecological cities, clean energy hubs, and recreational facilities.
In the coming period, officials and leaders of Tri An ward must enhance their sense of responsibility and work efficiency, especially by reviewing the ward's planning based on common criteria, in order to fully exploit its potential and advantages.
