716 Coffee Company: Overcoming natural disasters, revenue reaches 112% of plan.

Despite facing numerous challenges in 2025, thanks to proactive responses, 716 Coffee Company successfully completed its tasks, achieving revenue of over 72 billion VND.

Facing a double challenge

Sharing about the company's activities in 2025, Mr. Hoang Van Quyet, Director of 716 Coffee Company Limited, said that the company currently manages over 798 hectares of production land. Over the past year, unusual and extreme weather and climate conditions have caused considerable difficulties for production.

During the dry season, severe droughts cause serious water shortages for irrigation. This is followed by prolonged periods of cold rain, directly impacting the growth, yield, and quality of crops. In the rainy season, rising floodwaters on the Krông Pắk River erode dams, pumping stations, and irrigation canals, paralyzing rural transportation. Particularly, Typhoon No. 13 and the historic floods in November 2025 caused significant damage to the unit's production infrastructure.

Following the devastation of natural disasters, the infrastructure of 716 Coffee Company Limited has severely deteriorated. In addition, the company's machinery and equipment, after many years of use, have also degraded, driving up operating and maintenance costs. The outbreak of pests and diseases affecting both rice and coffee crops has also reduced yields, increased input costs, and directly impacted the income of the workers.

Flexible management, maintaining crop productivity.

Faced with numerous difficulties, 716 Coffee Company Limited proactively implemented a comprehensive set of production, business, and investment solutions in line with the direction of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation; the company invested in caring for crops according to strict technical procedures, and provided sufficient and timely supplies of materials and fertilizers, helping workers feel secure in staying on their farms and orchards.

Thanks to flexible policies, in 2025, the company achieved success in both of its main crop areas: coffee, with a business area of ​​over 140 hectares and a contract fulfillment rate of 100%; the average yield reached 2.5-3 tons of coffee beans/ha.

With 988 hectares of paddy fields and two harvests per year, the company continues to affirm its position in the rice seed production chain. The company collaborates on the production of over 206 hectares of F1 hybrid rice; yielding 2.8 tons/ha and a total output of 580 tons. The area for certified rice seed production is nearly 84 hectares, with a yield of 7 tons/ha and a total output of 591 tons; the area for commercial rice production is 698 hectares, with a yield of 6.7 tons/ha and a total output of 4,677 tons.

In addition, the company supplies hundreds of tons of high-quality rice seeds to markets both within and outside the province, which not only helps the unit ensure local food security but also gradually enhances the company's reputation and brand position in the market.

Alongside production, the company continues to strictly implement the contract-based delivery and acceptance plan for the 2023-2027 period, which has been approved by the Vietnam Coffee Corporation. Employees comply well with regulations and deliver products in full.

To rebuild infrastructure after natural disasters, in 2025, the Company received approval from the Vietnam Coffee Corporation for 4 investment projects to build and repair public works, including: repairing the office building and drying yard; constructing a drying oven and transformer station; irrigation works; and upgrading internal field roads, with a total budget of over 8.7 billion VND.

Mr. Hoang Van Quyet shared that thanks to the unity and high determination of the leadership team; the sense of responsibility of all cadres and employees; the attention and guidance from the Vietnam Coffee Corporation; and the close coordination of the local government, 716 Coffee Company Limited has turned challenges into opportunities, managing production flexibly to take advantage of market opportunities. “In 2025, the company aims to achieve revenue of over 72 billion VND, excellently reaching 112% of the assigned plan and contributing 1.17 billion VND to the state budget,” Mr. Hoang Van Quyet stated.

Entering 2026, 716 Coffee Company Limited aims to better adapt to the new situation by tightening land management. Mr. Quyet shared: The company is committed to ensuring land is used for its intended purpose and resolutely preventing encroachment.

In addition, continue to review and adjust land use plans, inventory and prepare dossiers for requesting the handover of reservoirs and dams, as well as land areas that are not needed or are used inefficiently at subordinate units.

“In 2026, 716 Coffee Company Limited aims to achieve a revenue of 65 billion VND, a pre-tax profit of 3.55 billion VND, and fulfill its tax obligations to the state budget in accordance with current regulations,” Mr. Hoang Van Quyet emphasized.
