After nearly half a century of construction and development, Nui Hong Coal Company (located in Thai Nguyen province), under the Viet Bac Mining Industry Corporation - TKV, has constantly strived to overcome difficulties, gradually affirming its role as one of the key mining units in the midland and mountainous areas of the North. Established on August 1, 1980, Nui Hong Coal Company is a multi-industry production and business enterprise, with main areas including: Coal mining and processing; production of red bricks, limestone and cement bags. With a staff of 524 officers, employees and workers, the Company not only maintains stable and effective production activities, but also creates jobs, ensures income for workers, actively contributes to social security stability and local economic development.

Over 45 years of construction and development, the staff, employees and workers of the Company have always promoted the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, strived to overcome difficulties, and excellently completed assigned tasks.

During that period, the Company excavated nearly 26.6 million cubic meters of earth and rock, exploited and consumed over 12.4 million tons of coal, produced 112 million red bricks, 7.1 million tons of limestone and 171 million cement bags. Total revenue reached 8,199 billion VND, paid to the State budget 1,767 billion VND - these are numbers that affirm the Company's positive and sustainable contribution to the mining industry and the local economy.
