At the meeting, representatives of the Provincial People's Council delegation elected in Nghi Xuan district reported to the voters on the socio -economic and national defense and security situation in 2023 and the province's socio-economic and national defense and security development plan for 2024; the expected main contents of the 18th Provincial People's Council's year-end regular session in 2023 and some other issues.

Voters expressed satisfaction with the achievements in various fields and requested that authorities at all levels inspect and reclaim land from businesses that are using it inefficiently, affecting the overall development of the locality. They also requested the opening of the median strip on the An-Vien-My-Thanh road section passing through Xuan An town to facilitate access for residents of five residential groups (8A, 8B, 9, 10, and 11) to agricultural production in the Un, Cua Hang, and Vao fields.
Mr. Tran Quang Thuy, from Group 8B, Xuan An town, suggested that there should be policies to support the town in building a civilized urban area and civilized residential groups.
Voters also suggested the need for the early handover of the electricity system and infrastructure of the Xuan An urban area project; planning and investment in transportation infrastructure, especially the section from National Highway 1A to Nghi Xuan district, to be worthy of being the northern gateway of Ha Tinh; attention to compensation for land clearance for projects in the area, the issuance and renewal of land use right certificates, and housing construction for people with meritorious services.
Voters expressed their desire for appropriate placement of part-time officials in villages and residential areas; policies to support and create resources for building civilized urban areas and residential areas; restoration and upgrading of infrastructure and grounds of the historical relic complex of Ca Temple, Com Mountain, and the damaged Ben Thuy bridge pontoon; attention to ensuring security and order and preventing social evils; expansion of the planned grounds of the community cultural center in residential area 1; and construction of a drainage system in the area...
