Faced with difficulties in mobilizing resources to upgrade Luong Son town to a city-level administrative unit by 2025, voters requested investment in upgrading National Highway 6 section through Luong Son district, so that the town would have a more urban appearance; and urged the Government to soon approve the 35 km section of Ring Road 5 passing through Luong Son district to promote the socio -economic development of the district.
At the meeting, leaders of several relevant departments and agencies, and the Hoa Binh Provincial National Assembly Delegation responded to and clarified the opinions and recommendations of voters in Luong Son district. Member of the Politburo, Standing Secretary of the Central Committee, and Head of the Central Organization Department, Truong Thi Mai, praised the outstanding achievements of Luong Son district in particular and Hoa Binh province in general in recent times; she acknowledged and further clarified the opinions and recommendations of voters, especially those related to the Party and State's policies that are currently facing difficulties and obstacles in implementation.
The National Assembly delegation worked during the meeting with constituents.
Ms. Truong Thi Mai requested that local Party committees and authorities continue to pay attention to resolving the voters' requests. Regarding issues raised by voters that fall under the jurisdiction of the Central Government, the Hoa Binh Provincial National Assembly Delegation will take note of them and provide feedback at the upcoming National Assembly session.
Earlier, on behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Deputy Head of Delegation Dang Bich Ngoc informed voters about the activities of the Hoa Binh Provincial National Assembly Delegation and the expected agenda of the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
