The Drug Administration Department has forwarded the complaint against Chu Thanh Huyen to the Hanoi Market Management Department, requesting that it be handled according to the law.

According to a complaint filed by citizen H. on March 25th, Chu Thanh Huyen is accused of selling OHUI PRIME cosmetics, originating from South Korea, without Vietnamese labels, without issuing sales invoices, and with signs of tax evasion. The primary method of sales is through her personal fan page.

The Drug Administration determined that this matter falls outside its jurisdiction and therefore transferred the entire file to the local authorities for handling according to regulations.

Last March, Chu Thanh Huyen was accused of making exaggerated claims in advertising a children's product. This KOL (Key Opinion Leader) repeatedly promoted the product as milk, but in reality, it was a probiotic drink from South Korea. This drink contained several vitamins, minerals, fermented lactic acid bacteria, and extracts that support growth and digestion in children.

Later, Chu Thanh Huyen apologized for not clearly stating in the video that this was her personal opinion and sharing, causing misunderstanding.
