On December 6, 2024, the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement several key contents regarding the summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on "Some issues concerning the continued reform and restructuring of the organizational apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective, and efficient" and to develop a plan for implementing the Project on restructuring the organizational apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective, and efficient in the province.

Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee unanimously agreed on a number of guiding principles for Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, and units under the province to propose streamlining the organizational structure of the political system.

The Provincial Party Committee has identified the task of reorganizing and streamlining the organizational structure as a very difficult, sensitive, and complex undertaking, directly affecting every individual within each organization. Therefore, it requires unity, consensus, high determination, and the "sacrifice" of personal interests for the common good of each Party member, official, civil servant, and worker. Consequently, the issuance of Resolution No. 536-KL/TU of the 22nd Conference and Conclusion No. 536-KL/TU of the 14th Provincial Party Committee has attracted special attention from officials, Party members, and the people of the province.

General Secretary To Lam emphasized that, in the current period, streamlining the organizational structure is a particularly important task, a revolution in the streamlining of the political system's organizational structure; therefore, it must be implemented with the highest determination and decisive action from the entire political system.

Our country is entering a new era, an era of national progress for the Vietnamese people; together with the rest of the country, seizing this opportunity, Ninh Thuan has been implementing many solutions to put Ninh Thuan on the path of national development, adapting to, exploiting, and promoting the achievements gained, proposing breakthrough solutions that are appropriate to the actual conditions of the country and the province to rise up, develop rapidly, and advance alongside other provinces in the region and the whole country.

To achieve the set goals, Ninh Thuan province has identified this as an opportunity, a time when all the necessary elements converge to reorganize and streamline the apparatus in accordance with Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, and to decisively implement the revolution to build a truly streamlined political system that operates effectively and efficiently.

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh said: What is revolution? Revolution is destroying the old and replacing it with the new, destroying the bad and replacing it with the good.

A revolution means a major change; in a revolution, "interests" will be affected, so Party members and officials must agree, even if it means "sacrificing" personal interests. Therefore, strong unity and determination from each Party member, official, and civil servant are necessary. In addition, political and ideological work, and strengthening propaganda throughout the political and social system regarding the policies, requirements, and tasks of streamlining the apparatus in the new situation must be carried out effectively.

In the final months of 2024, Ninh Thuan received encouraging news when the National Assembly approved the plan to restart the Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Plant; recently, on December 5th, General Secretary To Lam visited and worked in Ninh Thuan to review the results of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress, the results of implementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo on party congresses at all levels leading to the 14th National Party Congress, and the process of implementing the investment plan for the Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Plant project. The results of the 22nd Session (the regular year-end session of 2024) of the 11th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, approved 28 resolutions contributing to unlocking resources, removing bottlenecks, overcoming limitations and difficulties, and creating a foundation for Ninh Thuan's development in the next phase... This has created firm confidence for cadres, Party members, and the people of Ninh Thuan to resolutely and wholeheartedly implement the revolution in the organizational structure of the political system, creating a foundation to join the country in entering a new era, an era of national development.
