On the morning of July 24, the Department of Health coordinated with the Campaign for Tobacco - Free Kids (CTFK) to organize a launching ceremony in response to World Drowning Prevention Day 2025. At the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Vinh The launched a movement to prevent and combat drowning, raise awareness in the community, and emphasized the need to equip students with necessary skills to prevent and combat drowning; promote the role and responsibility of all levels, sectors, families, schools and the whole society in developing the movement of teaching and learning to swim for children; continue to build and replicate the models of "Safe House", "Safe School", "Safe Community", to eliminate the risks of drowning in children, ensuring a safe environment for children.

The launching ceremony in response to World Drowning Prevention Day 2025 with the message "Let's act together to prevent child drowning", this activity aims to call on the community to join hands to create a safe environment for children.
