The Luxurious Life of a Famous Dog in Canada

As a pet with many advertising contracts at catwalks around the world , Tika enjoys a lavish lifestyle with her own food and $20,000 wardrobe.

The beagle lives with his owner, Thomas Sharpio, 32, in Montreal. His job is to walk on major international catwalks. Tika loves to dress up and attend major events such as Paris, New York and Milan fashion weeks.

In addition to the items given by the brand, Tika also had her wardrobe designed by the owner with more than 400 items, worth about 20,000 USD.

Thomas, a full-time content creator, says all of his dog outfits are custom-made, and can cost up to nearly $400 each.

To keep Tika fit and healthy, Thomas has to maintain a strict diet. Each meal of this dog includes foods rich in protein, fiber, green vegetables and fresh fruit. On average, Thomas spends about $60 a week on dog food.

Tika can sleep up to 21 hours a day and has 12 beds of her own.

Since 2016, Thomas has been sharing pictures of Tika in gorgeous outfits on social media. The image of the beagle appearing with major fashion brands such as Boss, Dior, Channel, Fendi has become familiar. The dog quickly became known to many people and is becoming more and more famous. Currently, Tika's TikTok channel has more than 2.8 million followers and 1.3 million likes on Instagram.

A day at Tika's fashion show usually starts in the morning with a nutritious meal. All outfits are packed in a suitcase for quick changes when needed and then taken by taxi.

"I'm always looking for new trends and want people to guess what Tika will wear next. A lot of people follow Tika because she's cute and has a great sense of fashion," Thomas said.

Recently, Tika has been joined by a dog named Kala. Thomas revealed that Tika is now 12 years old, so she may soon retire and Kala will soon take over the job.
