On the afternoon of July 24th, the People's Procuracy of Thanh Hoa province organized a competition titled "Reporting Cases Using Mind Maps for Criminal Divisions of the Provincial People's Procuracy" using a hybrid format combining in-person and online participation.
An overview of the competition.
The purpose of the competition is to create a substantive change in the use of mind maps in case reporting at the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Procuracy. Through this, we aim to identify outstanding examples of applying mind maps in case reporting to improve, expand, and guide general practice at the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Procuracy. Simultaneously, it contributes to accurately assessing the actual capabilities, professional skills, and information technology application abilities of the prosecutors, in order to develop appropriate training and development measures.

The contestants are prosecutors currently working in departments under the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Procuracy. Each team consists of 3 people.
The exam question is a digitized criminal case that has already been legally finalized and executed. The entry is a report proposing solutions during the prosecution phase, presented using a mind map. The mind map must fully represent the basic contents of the case; be logical, scientific , easy to understand, and easy to remember; and be visually appealing and creative.

The competition provides an opportunity for officials and prosecutors of the Provincial People's Procuracy to exchange and learn from each other's experiences in reporting cases using mind maps, enhancing the application of information technology in professional activities, thereby improving the effectiveness of its application in practice and contributing to the successful completion of assigned tasks.
