Rescue of a person who fell into a well more than 20 meters deep

On September 5, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Dong Nai Province Police, said they had brought a victim who fell into a well more than 20 meters deep to a safe area and taken him to the emergency room.

At 5:40 p.m. on September 4, the Binh Phuoc firefighting and rescue force received a report that someone had fallen into a dry well more than 20 meters deep, in Dong Tien 6 Hamlet, Dong Tam Commune, Dong Nai Province, about 20km from where the unit was stationed. The victim was Mr. Bui Van Vien, born in 1965, residing in Dong Tien 6 Hamlet, Dong Tam Commune. Immediately after receiving the report, the rescue force dispatched a rescue vehicle and 10 officers and soldiers to the scene.

The deep well where the victim fell and was brought to the surface by rescue forces.

The rescue team arrived at the scene at 6:10 p.m. and quickly launched a search and rescue operation. Realizing that the victim was still alive, the rescue team cordoned off the work area, dropped an oxygen tank to support the victim's breathing in the well, and assigned staff and equipment to go down the well to bring the victim to a safe area. The victim was pulled out of the well at 6:15 p.m. and given first aid, then quickly taken to the nearest medical center with his family.

According to information from the victim's family, the victim was drunk, sitting next to the well, suddenly fell into the well, fortunately was rescued by the police in time.
