On April 26, the People's Council of Da Nang City approved a list of land plots that will be put up for bidding to select investors to implement projects using land in the city.
In the approved list, Hoa Vang district is the locality with the largest land fund ratio with a series of large-scale urban area projects.
Hoa Vang district will currently be the place to implement a series of urban area projects due to its large land fund ratio.
Specifically, the urban area project east of the Hai Van tunnel bypass has an area of 135 hectares; the riverside urban area project southeast of National Highway 1 is 30 hectares; the urban area project in the Thanh Vinh industrial cluster expansion has an area of more than 36 hectares.
In addition, Hoa Vang also has other notable projects such as: Southeast hillside urban area with an area of up to 268 hectares, Northwest hillside urban area (53 hectares) and Hoa Vang district urban area with a scale of 160 hectares.
In Cam Le district, the riverside urban area project southwest of Cau Do Water Plant was put on the bidding list with an area of 53 hectares.
Meanwhile, Ngu Hanh Son district focuses oneducation and training development projects, including the ST1-4B-DT1 and DT4 University Education Complex with an area of 15 hectares, the ST1-4B-DT6 Education Training Area with an area of 6 hectares and the ST1-4B-DT5 Education Training Area with an area of 5.2 hectares.
In Lien Chieu district alone, the city plans to implement a project for a sludge treatment and solid waste recycling plant, with an area of 4.8 hectares.
Approving this list is an important preparatory step to proactively attract social resources and synchronously develop urban, commercial, educational and environmental infrastructure for the 2025-2026 period.
The city plans to organize bidding to select investors for the above land plots from 2025 to 2026.
