Outstanding art program to welcome the success of the Vinh Tuy Ward Congress

HNP - On the evening of August 22, Vinh Tuy Ward People's Committee organized an art program to welcome the success of the 1st Vinh Tuy Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030, with the theme "Glory of Vietnam".

Attending the program were comrades: Party Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Council Nguyen Quang Trung; Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee Phung Bich Nga; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee Vu Van Hoat along with representatives of related units and a large number of people in the ward.

Leaders of Vinh Tuy ward and many cadres, civil servants, public employees, grassroots cadres, and local people attended the program.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of Vinh Tuy Ward People's Committee Le Bich Hang said: The Ward Party Congress takes place at a time when the entire Party, people and army are striving to compete and achieve achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

This is a major political activity, continuing to promote the tradition of solidarity, innovation and creativity of all cadres, party members and people of Vinh Tuy ward for the goal of building a clean and strong Party organization, improving people's lives, towards the goal of sustainable development.

The Congress had 239 official delegates attending, held over 2 days, August 21 and 22, 2025, summarizing the implementation of the Congress Resolution for the 2020-2025 term based on the content of the Congress Resolution of the Ward Party Committees before the merger; deciding on the goals, targets, key tasks and main solutions to build and develop Vinh Tuy Ward in the period of 2025-2030; discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, the 18th National Party Congress of Hanoi City . At the Congress, 23 comrades in the Ward Party Committee Executive Committee were introduced.

Welcoming the 1st Congress of Vinh Tuy Ward Party Committee, the People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the ward launched and coordinated to implement emulation movements, organized a high point to ensure traffic safety, urban order, public order, environmental sanitation; activities to meet, give gifts, and show gratitude on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day; cared for policy beneficiaries, disadvantaged people, and people with disabilities in the area... At the same time, enthusiastically organized cultural and sports activities, such as the Ward Club Table Tennis Tournament, Women's Tug of War Tournament, Chinese Chess Tournament...
