Mangosteen chicken salad
When mentioning Binh Duong specialties, we cannot help but mention the famous mangosteen chicken salad. Although not a new dish, recently, mangosteen chicken salad has suddenly become a "fever" on many online forums and quickly created a culinary trend, attracting customers to "catch the trend".
To make delicious mangosteen chicken salad, Binh Duong people must choose fruit with hard, slightly green skin, still unripe or slightly yellow but ripe enough. The chicken must also be local chicken or bantam chicken, with firm meat, yellow skin, and a natural sweetness.

In particular, Binh Duong people's shrimp noodles do not use pre-made noodles but are processed on the spot. When customers come in, the owner starts pressing the pre-made rice flour and steaming it in a pot of boiling water, so the noodles are soft and clear.
The raw shrimp is cleaned, peeled, and crushed, then dipped in boiling water. The noodles are put in a bowl, the broth and shrimp meat are added, and seasoned to taste for guests to enjoy.
Lai Thieu Fruit
In Binh Duong, especially Lai Thieu is famous for many delicious fruits such as mangosteen, longan, durian, jackfruit... If you come here, visitors can experience harvesting fruits right in the garden and buy them as gifts for relatives.
